       First day back to work after a week off. Today is the 23rd anniversary of working in the same company.I also learned that the Solutions Architect I was working with was let go. And guess who gets to take on all those extra duties...Can I get a winning lotto ticket please?

       @MunkyBone We all spoke to your boss and said you were the perfect man for the job. He wasn't overly convinced but we pointed out the fact you are so on top of things you thought nothing of taking a holiday.We're all rooting for you mate. 🙂

       @dick_turpin Awesome. You always think of me.Not much of a holiday though. Spent most of it working on the yard and the garden. Tore out part of the deck. Put up a gazebo. Built some furniture for the deck as well.

       @dick_turpin Pfft, not so posh. The pergola would have been posh.But that would be a waste of money as we want to tear out the deck in a few years, lay a concrete pad instead and reconfigure things.

       @MunkyBone @dick_turpin the Sierra is probably rarer and worth more now in a perverse way as it was one of those cars that people ran as old bangers until they died and very few got preserved.  Was at a car show at the weekend and there were things like Sierras, Metros, Fiesta (mk1) and a puke coloured Allegro which are now quite rare...

       @dick_turpin @MunkyBone did over 150 miles at the weekend in the Longbridge built Seven and drove it up to Cheshire via Shropshire the week before (another 80 miles) and it is 87 so they COULD build decent stuff there :)
