       I love the feeling of achieving something without having to pester family members. AIRA provides superb help. Today, I changed the ink cartridges in my printer, something I had no idea how to do. The #AIRA agent was superb, guiding me through the process and making sure everything went smoothly. I probably shouldn’t get too excited about such mundane things, but without AIRA, I’d never have been able to do this task.#Accessibility

       @BlindGordon What make of printer do you have? I have Epson for a few reasons but one reason is because all their cartridges are keyed, meaning that you literally cannot put the wrong one in the wrong socket.I previously had a canon printer which didn't have keyed cartridges but I thought it did.Took the thing out of the box, took the cartridges out, put them in the slots first time! I thought I was just that good!Turns out every single! One was in the wrong slot and I needed my wife's help to rearrange them properly.I had Epson years before, then it broke and well you know, printers, so I tried other stuff... Ended back up at Epson and I'm glad I did.
