       The week of random shou minis is drawing to a close with 2020 "prosbloom" from White2Tea. Tip for gong fu brewing tightly compressed minis: rinse them a couple times in the pot (or gaiwan) with water at the appropriate temp, put the lid on the pot, and let them steam closed for 5-10 minutes.
