       it was always a longshot but damnit I was so hopeful for LK-99.I guess all we can hope for now is that the underlying idea of emulating physical pressure via crystallographic properties yields fruit through further research.

       @mmu_man @gsuberland Eventually, an RTSC will be found and proved. There's nothing in the laws of physics to prevent it. But the odds of any one new material being that RTSC are near to nil.
