I started testing this a while back. This is as far as I got. My sister was diagnosed with Cancer and I was preoccupied with that. When I returned to this project, DaveW had rewritten the Log_In process. I am now locked out of this account. Dave won't fix it. I had to sign up for another account. @Klaatu I know, I know. Dave seems to be on to something. I did something with one of his projects and he wasn't happy. I explain to him that I want something similar to what he was doing but I wanted a live connection. A few years later and he is close to what we discussed. That's why I follow.I also told him to start developing for Mastodon. He poo, pooed Mastodon. in 2017 Now he's all hot on Maston and Nostr. @Sleekss

@PG_Kelly @Sleekss yeah I've seen that happen with AC too. 6 months or a few years later and they pull a 180 and are all on board with what you said. But who has time to wait. I fixed the RSS feeds in Mastodon not having a title with an XSL transform & a web page that acts as a proxy to fetch it for you and do the work. Can now apply that strategy to fix all sorts of RSS things. No waiting forever for a fix that will never come. Or dependency lock in.
