       @greenjimll This is indicative of a good portion of our customer base. They love to FUCK ABOUT with emails day in day out. "Can you put a forward on.", "Can you add X to the distribution group.", "Can you take Y off the group.", Can you put an out-of-office on.", "Can I have Dave's emails."We don't charge for all this pissing about; I'm constantly arguing with the directors, "We should charge Β£2.50 a pop." for some reason, they have it in their heads it's part of providing email.

       @neil The problem is our customers don't see us as a supplier as such. They see us as their IT support department, so with that in mind, Deactivate would be fine because that account would be on, let's say, their Exchange Server, but we're not hosting hundreds of dead email accounts on our Hosted Exchange Server.

       @mnw  You would be gobsmacked at how much historical email people have in their inboxes.TBH, I'm just as bad. Mine dates back to 2017, but I have archived from 2009
