Are then any alternative UIs for #AppleMusic? I can't seem to click with it. Also, what is the best way to migrate playlists from #Spotify?

@scrwd I've used Free Your Music to move data from Spotify to Apple Music. There's a one off cost that you pay to do the transfer. It mostly works fine, but I did find a few mis-matched albums. Haven't found any alternative UIs, other than the Web UI :(

@matt @jonhicks is it possible that any of these apps somehow facilitate Chromecast functionality too? I'm not fully Apple'd up and I still think the original Chromecast was one of the best inventions of the last decade or two haha

@scrwd You're on your own with that one, I'm afraid. I've been (mostly) Google-free for a long time and never owned a Chromecast device.@jonhicks

@matt @jonhicks google make a lot of questionable things - but the idea of a stripped back browser in a tiny cheap dongle that loads a html web ui and plays a video url directly rather than sucking the life out of your phone is genius clever in it's simplicity - and with DIAL protocol and HDMI-CEC it just works with remotes. If it ever goes away I am making my own with a Raspberry PI.
