USB-C vs Lightning - thoughts?I'm pro standards so USB-C seems great idea, but that thin little bit in the middle worries me - lightning is solidly built, and aside from dust it is seemingly unbreakable. Anyone have experience with scraping crap out of a USB-C port - is it breakable?

@seldo my biggest work project is like that - people see a straightforward site, but it does a million little UX and DX things on the front and back ends that are largely taken for granted.

@simon Namecheap for me - that said I've transferred most of mine to Cloudflare once I'm happy I'm keeping them longterm. I just took advantage of a cheap domain deal from https://www.spaceship.com/ too who seem quite good so far - I think they piggy back Namecheap tho so might not last long?

@matt are these your apps? How fantastic! I just wish they supported Chromecast as well as AirPlay. Oh, and I wish YouTube was an installable PWA so I don't have to use it in an actual browser tab.

@matt @jonhicks is it possible that any of these apps somehow facilitate Chromecast functionality too? I'm not fully Apple'd up and I still think the original Chromecast was one of the best inventions of the last decade or two haha

@simon is GPT-4 significantly better for coding than 3.5? I confess to have used it myself when I'm stuck or want a different angle - certainly easier than trawling stackoverflow - but usually I find enough flaws that I end up sinking hours into the problems. I wonder if the problem is the 2019 data (new lobs and frameworks have moved on) or whether it is something more fundamental.
