This thing did not cost enough money. $20 retail, delivered to the store. I could have got it for $13 fro rockauto.com. Obviously someone isn't getting paid enough. It's not very precise, but good enough for my needs. Maybe I overestimate labor required [fabricated from a long strip cut and rolled into a circle; not cast like The Old Days), but that would be unusual.I'm researching making a turret clock.

Here's a video of it rolled on the floor; very satisfying. I got the error message "cannot upload a video to a post with images" which seems odd to me but whatever.

@tomjennings it looks and sounds like there isn’t even weight distribution.Seems like there is very much an affinity to one side. It’s most noticible when it’s close to flat and sort of flapping where one side bounces higher than the other side. But that might not be a problem.

@drscriptt Good eye! I haven't looked at it closely but I bet you're right. My app involves a fraction of a rev we hour. Moderate torque. I've got a friend with a water jet machine who will cut me a center i can tack in, then I can properly check for roundness. All I can do for now is diameter checks These are shrunk/pressed over 50 to 75 lb flywheels so they're not delicate. And probably limits out of round. This stuff isn't subtle.
