       The problem with "centrists" is that, while it's great that they're so open to compromise, they're also open to compromise with pure, unadulterated evil.And the fact is, you CAN'T compromise with evil because evil will never compromise with you.So, really, centrists are extensions of the evil.        @Alan the well trod meme about having "one Nazi in a crowd" comes to mind.If you tolerate them, they will consume you. I'm all for welcoming conversation, negotiation and well reasoned thought, *when we get there*. We are not there.At the moment we have one side willing to talk, and one side asking me to kill myself, or willingly die or be imprisoned. That's is not a tenable position. They aren't being rational or reasonable so I can't negotiate or "work with" them. They are hostile and need to be defeated. Only once that has happened can we discuss anything past that.

       @edgeoforever @Alan if a Manchin/Huntsman ticket focused on WV, UT, OK, LA, SC and similar states, would they not be a spoiler for the GOP? If Republicans who held their nose and voted for Trump numbered more than the margin of victory and voted for corporate conservatives like Manchin/Huntsman, flipping one or more states, then No Labels would be a stalking horse for Biden not a threat?I just don't see how No Labels draws votes away from the incumbent Democratic with center-right candidates.
