@tek I think we're in for an overcorrection the other direction in 3-4 years but it really depends on if they end up pushing us into a recession or not. If they don't then things juts mellow out by then.. This guy is essentially saying inflation is going to be difficult to control for a much longer period of time and I don't believe it.

@tek Ehhh, they can stuff their 7% mortgage rates as far as I am concerned. I’m at a hair above 4% on mine so I won’t be selling or refinancing any time soon.
