       Scope Creep is a common problem in project management that can affect all types of projects, not just software.This includes projects of political activism. I wonder if this has ever been leveraged as a form of sabotage against political actors, to require them to waste time expanding into tangentially related activities and unfocus them from more meanginful goals? I'd be surprised if it hadn't. It's very easy to do.
