It’s pretty funny to see people complaining that there are now, like, three (three!) microblogging platforms to choose from.The choice is impossible, I can’t keep track of them! I only spend a couple of hours every day on these things, how much time can you reasonably expect me to devote to choosing? Can’t we just go back to one, where I had a huge, inflated follower count?Back in my day, kids, (although a lot of these people are my age or older) we had forums. And there were THOUSANDS.

@john This sounds a bit like someone I knew that complained ( a lot ) the fact that there are "thousands of apps he could not possibly buy them all" and was finding totally justified piracy "because it was not his fault he could not buy them all" ( believe me the story is TRUE ). "Thousands of XXX" .. do you HAVE to REALLY follow ALL of them ?? Is like to say "I cannot know what simultaneously happens in ALL of the world NOW" .. you never will .. and it's OK ! "Who lot wants nothing holds" 😎

@AmyIsCoolz @john shouldn't be this be the goal of social media? to grow as a person and meet people? I'd rather take that over thousands of followers or likes, but no real discussion going on (no offense to OP)
