I've been feeling moderately annoyed/restless lately. About things in my personal life. Work. Just generally. None of these emotions are particularly intense and nothing is really wrong. But it's enough to have me in some kind of bad mood fairly frequently.Not sure what to do about it yet. Other than start looking for a therapist.

@jbowen I forwarded a description of the symptoms of too much caffeine to my wife when she was grumpy once. She wasn’t happy about it but she did have all the symptoms, and reducing coffee intake helped…

@adrianco Honestly thank you for mentioning that. I've had to back off caffeine in the past but I hadn't connected it to this. Perhaps I need to back off again.

@jbowen @adrianco I don’t drink much caffeine, but a good point. Just be gradual while backing it off.Additionally, I do suggest therapy for everyone — they’re helpful when you’re doing well too! — and wish I hadn’t waited so long. Like everything else, it still takes a fair amount of effort and there aren’t necessarily immediate, night and day improvements, but well worth it.

@morgant @adrianco I'm looking for a therapist. I've seen therapists off an on as I've needed and I also suggest it for everyone :)
