Updated Arch/MATE.Multiple application icons vanished.Gnome keyring missing.Gajim refuses to run due to missing icons.Not entirely sure what happened, best I can guess is that I should have picked xdg-desktop-portal-gnome instead of xdg-desktop-portal-gtk when it asked me. :blobcatgooglytrash: #arch #linux

@Polychrome These problems with xdg-desktop-portal-* are prevalent to me when arch updates, unfortunately.Everything takes like 1min to open and I last time i needed to mask xdg-desktop-portal-gnome.

@Polychrome I think that -gnome is to be used with gnome only, mate should have its own portal too, but I think that is -gtk that they use.I had -gnome because I had GNOME and Sway installed, and -gnome had a problem that prevented portals and portals-wlr from starting.

Kay xdg-desktop-portal-gtk was the right move, so something else went screwie. Probably MATE.Been meaning to switch to something else anyway. I love UI feel on MATE but it's been acting clunky for awhile now.
