Can anyone point me to a how-to book that teaches illustration in the style of Sword Art Online. It has to be a physical book as it will be a gift to an incarcerated person. Also, if anyone knows of a soft cover short story written in English and kanji or even just kanji that can be shipped from and to the us, that would be helpful too.
