@Jagahati @BobbyGears exactly. I've had to fire a few people with HR and most of them were because people started using legal terms in their complaints. Sets off red flags and our lawyers begin advising what we do and we then basically do exactly what the lawyer tells us. All forms of compromise and working it out, go out the window at that point.

@Jagahati @BobbyGears I actually saved someone because he was telling me he was meeting with a lawyer (over a spat with another employee), I told his supervisor to tell him to knock it off with that talk or he's going to be out of here. He is a good employee so I didn't want to see him get canned over something stupid.
