Personally, I don't miss "Twitter influencers" and hope not to see them again.

@StillIRise1963 Yesssss. When I first came here (during the Twitter-reinstated Trump exodus), a number of "influencers" also opened accts here. I was genuinely disappointed. But, they proved to be *exactly* who I thought they were. Dependent on the huge (often fake) follower counts and boosting algos that result from those (again, often fake) follower counts, they went back within days.I was very happy to see them go. Platform manipulation is not conducive to *social* media.

@VirginiaMurr I totally agree with you and I watched the same thing with them when I first got here too. They couldn't engage with people, so they went back to the nazi platform that supported their fraud.

@StillIRise1963 I miss some of the accounts that might be called “influencers” like @docrocketex26 but mainly I miss the small and medium sized accounts I curated that were genuinely concerned and proactive about social justice, democracy and each other. I miss so many of the #KHive accounts.
