#youtube is getting quite drastic with their ad-blocker blocker measures. Maybe it's time to try and grow our #PeerTube and YouTube alternative communities.

It might be about time for me to try and shift over to @tilvids a bit more. I just wish there was a mobile app that I could login to for an improved experience.

@saluki This was inevitable. Google already made it impossible to block #YouTube ads on mobile and Android TV, this was just the next logical step. :thisIsFine:As for #tilvids we don't have ads, don't know what extensions you have installed, and never will because that's none of anyone's business. @tilvids NewPipe is awesome, but as far as I'm aware you can't login to a PeerTube instance on it, which does limit the usability.

@saluki I believe you are correct about not having the ability to log in. #NewPipe makes a great viewer, but not great for engagement, following channels, etc.
