       @SecularJeffrey Following up on this with some more effect of student loan payments on the economy.There are approximately 43 million student loan borrowers.   Yes that's milliion with an m.   The average monthly payment is $299 which seems LOW.  But it probably includes those whose "payments" are zero due to IBR.   But let's go with that number.That means every single month $12,857,000,00 is not circulating in the economy.  12 BILLION with a b dollars.  Every single month.
