Honestly, the biggest argument for concealed carry isn't crazed gunmen, but rather people who don't put their dogs on a fucking leash.Seriously, I will fucking murder your dogs if you let them loose. KEEP THEM ON A FUCKING LEASH OR THEIR REMAINS WILL BE GROUND UP INTO A NICE, JUICY BURGER!!!

@xianc78 I know it sucks. I know Karen's get pissed off at this all the time. Heck I've even heard of them calling the cops on people for this. At the end of the day you can either get yourself worked up, fight the owner, fight the dog, or just walk somewhere else entirely where there are no dogs. Even though it is unfaur. Last option seems the most sane one to me.

@xianc78Delaware used to have the law written as, "under control." Even if they're leashed you could still be out of line. However, gov decided that they should remove that & replace it with, "on a leash."No length, no control, literal not even "in your hand." Just, "on a lead." I could actually have a dog that has someone cornered, not have any hold on them, or the lead, and still be legal, NOW! Just make sure they're hooked to a rope of any diameter or length.So, yeah. Train your dogs!
