We had to have a quick dinner so we had a BLT and an ear of corn. Now my wife is 2nd generation born and raised in the US. Nonetheless her Greek heritage sometimes leaks out into everyday life. As an example, she puts tzatziki sauce on BLTs. It actually tastes pretty good so I havent said anything but, I have trouble getting over the sheer wrongness of it. Everybody knows that a BLT should have miracle whip on it.

@Phil Miracle Whip is too sweet for a BLT.Give me good old fashioned Mayo that doesn't have soy in it and we are good to go. Throw an avacado and some grilled caramelized red onions if you want to be fancy too. Although I must admit I am curious what a BLT would taste like with tzatziki sauce now...

@PhilI'm gonna have to go with Miracle Whip on my BLT, too. I also like the upscale version with avacado and caramelized onions...and Miracle Whip. I love tzatziki which is strange because I don't really like yogurt. Nothing better on a gyro!
