       @KimPerales He could be referring to Latin America. The Wagner group were hired as bodyguards to Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela at some point. Now, I wonder what the problema with "paying cash" might be.

       @KimPerales Per the Mueller Report, he ran influence campaigns, including paying Americans literal cash to organize protests &etc. Among the funnier actions was when his staff paid an American to stand in front of the White House on his birthday with a sign reading "Happy 50th Birthday, boss!"

       @KimPerales @lisamelton I vaguely recall reports of Russians being heard talking amongst the J6 crowd, before storming the building, during live reporting and afterwards. I always wondered where that story disappeared to.
