       Dear YouTubers, if you find yourself saying "But, you saw the title of this video" or "But, you saw the thumbnail",  consider that your intros might be old fashioned and not suited to the medium.Don't try to build tension, and then admit that you're not building tension!

       @apLundell Also the way the internet works, people might see the video embedded in for instance a Discord channel and not see or notice the title or the thumbnail because they autoplay all videos recommended in that channel. I’ve certainly had a “Did I?” response already more than once to statements like that. It’s kind of silly.
