       @KimPerales Corporations are not going to do a damn thing that hurts their stock prices. The techbros on top might be clanging the bells about "the existential threat of artificial intelligence," but until, say, OpenAI completely shuts down ChatGPT development, Microsoft yanks the algorithms back out of Windows, and Google reverts their search engines to an AI-free non-chatbot model?Don't believe a fucking word of it.And even when they *do*, take it with a generous supply of salt.
