Elon Musk should be the first human with a neurolink. If he doesn't want one, then they're just as obviously brain fryingly dangerous and irresponsible and stupid as anyone with common sense can tell you. If he does, we get to watch him succumb to the near 100% mortality rate after tortuous symptoms he subjected the test monkeys to. Money where your mouth is.

@vriska It's telling that he's never gone up in one of his Space-X rockets. Anyone who voluntarily does so is risking death to be his guinea pig. Likewise for neruolink, which has killed like 6450827098473 monkeys in testing so far. 😂

@vriska Neurolink sounds like it is wrapped up in that big tech push going on in Israel when Desantis was signing away Floridian's rights away. All sorts of mentions about neurosurgical, healthcare and other opposite-day mumbojumbo, but what stood out was incision-less Neuro surgeries.

@vriska my guess would be that they're first going to use it with people who are terminally ill, people with locked in syndrome, severe neurological disabilities, to see if they can find some quality of life improvements for these people, first. I'm not saying these people are inherently worth less, but I am saying that these are the people who are likely desperate/apathetic enough to consent to it, and where he could claim some "moral high ground", come law suit time
