@lowqualityfacts tbh I'm not sure casinos should be allowed to operate even with the Pope's blessing; really seems best to leave that business to actual surgeons. But it is hard to deny the convenience of having it done in-house when you need to sell a kidney or two to pay off those gambling debts.
