Global Entry rocks, no queues for immigration, very short queue for connection security (plus no need to take out stuff and remove shoes etc.) the only wait was for my luggage which of course had to be one of the last ones to appear on the claim belt. Only needed maybe 40 min of the 3 hour layover. Gives me time to grab a bite for dinner, which is good because I'll arrive Boston around midnight and there was no dinner on the Finnair flight.

We used to get 2 hot meals on long haul flights, then it was one hot meal and one snack, and now you have to pay for the snack! Anyway I'm a zombie now. I only slept 4 hours last night thinking if I'm tired I'll surely sleep on the plane but noooo... The flight was too smooth, no turbulence to rock me to sleep. š³

@deweyritten true. Although nowadays we still get blankets (at least on Finnair), and I bring my own travel pillow. Not the same quality of course.

@deweyritten oh yes, those were the days. Some asian airlines still offer those, but not on European / American ones (at least based on my experience). Like they are taking the "bus" in Airbus literally :P
