       Having a healthy body weight does not mean "thin". These people are not good role models.This is a massive overcorrection from the anorexic toothpick model, actresses, and singers of the 80s and 90s.Can we please have a sensible conversation about what a healthy human body looks like?

       also a big part of this is:- Stress and mental health in America leading to bad nutritional choices- Massive food deserts, so unhealthy food is your only option- Poverty, so unhealthy food is your only option- Needing to work far too many jobs to survive, so you rely on fast food- The quality of food in America, period (incl preservatives etc that are banned in other countries as they know it affects your health / BMI)But nobody seems to want to speak out against the system and push America to do better when they're overweight and have a massive platform.Being healthy puts less stress on the system and leaves healthcare resources available for people who need it. This should be considered patriotic, but Americans really have no shared identity or patriotism right now. It's just culture war from all angles.

       @feld I’ve tried to keep my weight healthy and be in shape all my life. It’s not hard it just requires a bit of self control. I don’t deliberately work out or do any physical activity to build muscle mass. It’s just my normal life that does it. So maybe that’s the key? Is to eat “the right amount” more than “eat right” and it’s the way. Carbs in CO2 out must be in balance. Just my two cents as overly athletic guy who randomly does athletics. It doesn’t require training to do what I do it just requires do.

Corporations are actively suing for the right to lie on food labels. Every bit of food and health related information coming from the government and mass media has been an outright lie for at least 100 years, easily proven through tens of thousands of research papers worldwide over that time span. Every government has let their laws against government propaganda expire for many years now. Every government is passing laws that their populations in no way support.A revolution requires no more support than about 5% of the population, the rest just stay out of the way and hope for the best (for themselves). This is exactly what the government and mass media depend on when they push their agendas and pass degenerate and demented laws.
