For instance when my wife broke her ankle the surgery was covered but not the crutches or meds. When my Dad got diagnosed with cancer the chemo was covered but only if he could get to the hospital an hour away and when he had a panic attack over getting an MRI they charged him $13/pill to calm him down.

I live in a nice small town of 1200 with little crime. I wouldn't trade it for New York or Los Angeles. Montana and Wyoming seem nice though.
