       Wonder if we could get a highway fiscal responsibility proposition passed at the state level that required all highway funding to come from gas and vehicle taxes, and delayed capital projects until maintenance was fully funded from those taxes

       @bryanculbertson Fiscal conservatives seems to be lie they created in order to just push their anti-progressiveism it seems to me. Like James Inhofe famously said, "I was actually on your side of this issue when I was chairing that committee and I first heard about this.
