       I manage a small in-house IT department of 7 people.I literally score -9.5 on the left-right axis, and we've got Lib-Dems, pro-Trump/UKIP supporters and one literal **zi.Our team get on amazingly well, we often discuss politics - respectfully - despite people's differences.Imagine if we'd treat people like people do online, we'd all childishly block each other and who knows what.🤦‍♀️People have the right to think something different to you! Stop blocking everyone and have a little respect.
