       Looks like the French government has decided to censor Telegram: t.me now redirects to a page of the ministry of interior, saying the target domain contains CSA pictures.

       @ParadeGrotesque wtf. How is France doing that? Can you evade that by changing DNS servers or is it more sophisticated?

       @dictvm France had something like 4/5 big ISPs. When the government wants to censor something, it just asks these big ISPs to put an entry in their DNS.So, yeah, if you use a VPN or simply another DNS server outside of France, or if you are client in a smaller ISP, you are fine. Not sophisticated at all.
