       Concept: forcing everyone to indent using tabs instead of spaces, but the editor displays them as whatever length of spaces the user desires.

       @LunaDragofelis I think you might have misunderstood what I meant. Most decent editors do *convert* tabs to spaces, that's not what I want. I want one that will display tabs as a x-length space. Maybe this feature already exists, but I can't find it anywhere :fox:

       @astra_vulpes @LunaDragofelis This has been a thing since the 90s. Tabs are variable width. For example, I set my tab width to 2 (=2 space) for myself and my mother uses it at 3.
