       @kfogel @luis_in_brief This does give me a good excuse to share one of my favorite German idioms:"Herr, schmeiß Hirn vom Himmel -- oder Steine: Hauptsache, du triffst!"Which is used to exclaim upon the stupidity of someone/thing, and translates as: "God throw brains from heaven -- or stones, as long as your aim is good"Edit to tag @rewboss , from whom I found this specific version of the idiom.
