       @1finekitty I do enjoy riding my bike to the local, independent coffee shop opened and owned by an immigrant and where I have a good chance of being served by a transitioning or proudly out gay / lesbian barista making more than minimum wage (and not the lower one allowed for tipped staff) and then tipping them anyway because I am happy no one is about to open fire on any of us. Oh, and we all have health insurance. #Massachusetts

       @1finekitty To have a concealed carry permit issued “For All Lawful Purposes” in MA, you also need your application approved by the Chief of Police in the town in which you reside. The Chief has full authority to deny any permit application that they see fit based on their review of your application. So it is even more restrictive than you may have thought.
