       @1finekitty I do enjoy riding my bike to the local, independent coffee shop opened and owned by an immigrant and where I have a good chance of being served by a transitioning or proudly out gay / lesbian barista making more than minimum wage (and not the lower one allowed for tipped staff) and then tipping them anyway because I am happy no one is about to open fire on any of us. Oh, and we all have health insurance. #Massachusetts

       @KimPerales He’s got a point! Parents who think their kids have a right to safety and a right to express themselves peacefully, and women who think they can be responsible for their own bodies, are increasingly being selectively prosecuted around much of the country, not just in VA. I’m sure that’s what he means, no?
