So, the trans genocide, in America, has kicked off, it seems. My partner and I have a couple of spare rooms in our house, in Alberta, Canada.We would like to open these rooms to queer individuals, from America, who need to GTFO.We have two big dogs, and we both have some mental health issues. But access to hormone treatment will come for those who need it--it's just delayed by fascist jerks. If you mean the horrid legislating to pressure trans people from other directions, quashing their identities legally and many other ways--yes, that's a kind of erasure. Needs to be set right.

In fact, that isn't even ON the list of the five acts the Geneva Convention uses to define genocide, only one of which makes it genocide. I can't feel comfortable about some of that myself but I accept the usage now because if it feels that way to you, then that's what it is to you. The starting point is hate speech and all other forms of harm follow directly from there. People need to get an education and stop filtering facts with "I think" or "I feel".
