       Wonder if there will ever come a time where computers as we know them will have such a dim looking future that it will be prudent to buy a personal life supply of whatever is on the market. Every 5-10 years until I'm dead, unbox a fresh 2022 T14s.

       @humulus There are already others who do that with older thinkpads they liked the keyboard on.  I don't understand how they cope with the (relatively) slow performance.

       @penguin42 I can't remember the last time I thought my computer was running slowly. If it is, it's because it's stuck in the wrong power state or something.
