@akahn Yeah we bought in 2010 and we’re lucky. We have a big house that fits everyone and we can afford it. But it’s old and always falling apart and it’s never ending. Newer houses are just so appealing. And so much more.

@josh @akahn oof, I feel for you. I bought my house with my ex and live in it alone now. Although it's not the house I would have bought for just myself, there's no way in hell I'm trying to change houses right now. It's a rough time.I've decided to just embrace it, cause whaddaya gonna do

@alisynthesis Totally, it’s the only rational decision. This market is insane, and high interest rates make it even worse. Gotta remind myself if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
