       Given the widespread economic distress in the UK currently, the pomp and circumstance of the upcoming coronation in a couple of days will make for an "interesting" contrast.

       @lauren well they have just rushed through anti-protest laws ahead of the coronation, so I am expecting it to be fun filled event.

       @lauren Life in the UK was pretty grim in 1952, also. Food rationing didn;t end until 1954.
