@stux The Nuremberg trial deserves the label of “victor’s justice’ and was criticized for being one sided, inefficient, politicized, very costly and unfair body, where high politics was masquarading as law. In the words of Harian Stone, Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court who described the proceedings of the Nuremberg Tribunal as a “sanctimonious fraud” and a “high grade lynching party” to Germans.I don’t think we need a repeat of this type of victor’s justice.
