       #mastodon is maybe not the best thing we can have. It does not work for everybody. The good thing is, it is #opensource and your data belongs to you. #bluesky and #twitter own your data when you post there. I am willing to use other platforms, but my main will be open and I will try to avoid posting personal things to businesses who want to own my stuff. Lots to learn on the #fediverse and time will make it better.

       @grobmeier Is "a best thing to have" reasonably that thing that works for as much people as possible? One may think so. But that includes a lot of compromises, I think. And those can be good or bad. Or even worse ...
