       It's rare (I can count the number of times it's happened to me on one hand) but still, even here on the fediverse, everyonceinawhile, I do get hit by spam and trolls.Side note, how do I trust my social skills so little that even with the most blatant trolls, I still feel like I'm missing something, and I'm the one who's failing to communicate and understand properly, and generally be of intellectual worth???

       @OpenComputeDesign I think this is a side effect of a lot of active thinking. (Self reflection)It is a useful skill to have, but do it to much you'll start judging yourself for totally reasonable actions.Heck I sometimes question if I am really human.Even if I can rationalize why I am being unfair to myself it's not an easy habit to kick.(Especially since people have legit asked me if I am a real person before)

       @unmellow I'm a native english speaker, in fact, it's the only language I speak. And I was once asked by another native speaker what my first language was, in a context where there was no reason to wonder or believe otherwise. I think I'm just a tad uncanny valley :P
