       To be clear, Clarence Thomas isn't sitting at the kitchen table with TurboTax. At this level, he's got accountants and lawyers, and there is zero chance that he didn't understand what signing documents 'under penalty of perjury' meant.        @TonyStark Sadly, in 1969 the GOP still had a sense of shame. If one of them was caught in a scandal, they could step down, claiming they did nothing wrong but were doing so for the good of the nation or whatever. These days, the norm in the GOP is to double down, claim they're the victim of a partisan witch hunt, and refuse to budge. When was the last time someone on the right resigned after being caught? They make us throw them out.

       @packy I agree they won’t but I expect them too, anyway. Voting in more Democrats so we can expand the courts and/or bring term limits is the way. I’ll still put the truth out anyway. The Republican party should care because their eventual demise is coming.

       @GreenFire @JamesRhodes @TonyStark Roberts decision on Citizens United was the single biggest blow to this Democracy ever....that and his dismantling of voting right should make him a historic TRAITOR to this country's ideals. ....him being viewed as a "moderate" is effing laughable...except it's anything but funny😡
