       @neauoire @cancel Doesn't work on Windows 95 4.00.950 B (the errors are "One of devices, connected to the system is not working" and "File OQUONIE.EXE is linked to a missing export USER32.DLL:TrackMouseEvent").

       @cancel @neauoire I found this: http://www.vbaccelerator.com/home/VB/Code/Libraries/Subclassing/Generating_MouseLeave_Events_for_a_Window/article.htmlLooks like TrackMouseEvent in User32 is only supported on Win98+, but you can use _TrackMouseEvent from comctl32.dll as long as new enough version of that is installed.
