@GottaLaff Fascism is already firmly embedded in a number of states, and it's going to get worse before (or if) it gets any better. The courts are getting swamped with lawsuits over all of this, which relies on a judge to put a hold on the legislation (or in this case, a violation of the state Constitution, if they decide to go to court). All of that takes time, which we don't necessarily have. There's a state's rights case coming before the SCOTUS, although I'm not sure exactly when, but it's going to be a doozy that will either close the door on this fascist takeover or open it. Wide.
