I'm guessing it was the troonshine that actually made her aggressive enough to go out swinging instead of buying a rope. FTM troons basically never got over having to become women and resent being one. Whether it's from some childhood or teenage trauma, or just being a wom*n in general depends on the troon in question. They resent having to grow up and become a woman, so they want to be a man instead. Deep down they know they're women, and that their source of unhappiness isn't from being a woman, but their own refusal to embrace it and accept it. Maybe Audrey had this issue too, and could've been fixed by getting knocked up, but instead of getting bred she got lead and died in a family guy pose and that's funny.
