Doing a breath test for H Pylori is absolutely disgusting. You blow in a bag and fill it up. Then you literally drink a 4oz cup of water with straight acid in it. Then you wait 15 minutes and blow into another bag and fill it up. The acid drink is beyond horrible to say the least. #HPylori #BreathTest #Medicine #Gross

@heidi_helen My mother in law passed away of cancer nearly 2 months ago and one of her grand children tested positive for it. And because we were all around her and my mother in law, it was recommended we all get tested. I tested positive a month ago so I had to do 2 weeks of very strong antibiotics and then repeat the test with a breath test.

@heidi_helen It's something that most humans carry around but aren't necessarily affected by it. Left untreated if it's positive can often lead to cancer, which my dad had 3 times and died of nearly 2 years ago.
