       There's not much in California's GDP that isn't bubbling, though. Tourism, agriculture are pretty reliable considering the state's already equipped for the wealthiest of tourists, but real estate, SV, the supporting industries around SV, even the state industries are overvalued and underperforming. Not every one, to be sure, but enough that the trend can't continue now that SVB has shown its hand.
